Ellison in my view will not be deterred since PSFT is a credible long-term threat to his company, especially after the JD Edwards acquisition.

Ellison is, well, Ellison. Hates to lose at anything. The volume on Friday tells us a lot, but obviously a lot depends on the anti-trust folks, whom I think should have some problems with the takeover since it essentially involves the elimination of 2 competitors, not just one.

This one is far from over, IMO.

Either way, a good thing for investors. Ellison either get us to $23 and change or we hold on for a LTBH value play with legs.
