You may not be happy. XP needs more power (even though minimum specs are covered by what you have) to run well. How much ram do you have? XP loves ram. I tried running xp on a Pentium II 450 and was not impressed at all. It was much more stable than 98se but it struggled to run XP even with 384 mb ram. Just my opinion.
