Thats a basic constitutional question. Get your constitution out and look up the word recall. I'll give you a clue, its not in there. You need a constitutional amendment. Maybe you can get one passed in the next year, lol. By the way I see Bush is asking for 87B dollars for Iraq. Assuming 250M people in this country that adds up to $348 apiece. I think thats a small charitble contribution to help the Iraqi people hopefully begin to put their lives back in order. I'd rather give to the effort in Iraq than the United Way.
