Ted, people who fell for Davis' "vacuum of national leadership" statement would fall for anything anti-Bush.

You're kidding? It doesn't take much to be anti Bush. Do you really believe things are going well?

Meanwhile, even Bustamante is distancing himself from Davis. Why do you think that is?

Bustamante desperately wants to be governor of CA. He's pulling away from Davis because Davis has managed to gain the support of the big guns in the Dem. party.......Feinstein, Clinton, McAuliffe etc. Now, Bustamante is hoping he can pull it off with the Latino vote and money from Native Americans.

And why is the DNP (DiFi, Howard Dean, Bill Clinton, Terry McAuliffe) not helping Bustamante? Think status quo ...

Duh? Because Bustamante is Lt. Governor under a less than charismatic governor. What does that tell you about the caliber of Bustamante?

He was on the ticket to please the Latino vote.....nothing more. He is not being groomed to be governor. He should not be anything more than Lt. Governor. However, thanks to Issa's playing, he may become governor. That would be worse than Ah-nuld IMO.
