Sandy writes better than I. Ken Starr was arguing before the Supreme Court yesterday and he used the word thirdly. That immediately rang the S&W alarm bell: Page 57: "Unless you are prepared to begin with firstly and defend it (which will be difficult), do not prettify numbers with -ly. We knew that guy was a fruitcake anyway. ;-)
