No, this has nothing to do with my version of truth,
versus your version. Nothing to do with absolutes.

Responding to Message #4823 from Bux

... get a message that says,
"The feature you tried to use is only available
with a Premium Subscription!"
When I sent you payment of $129 for a subscription
I thought that was a feature I was getting.

While quite clear in the message delivered,
does leave out enough information to describe
a version of these events that will put into play
a view of the same situation you describe,
into a different and counter conclusion,
that being the introduction of the Terms of Use policy
you agreed upon, and currently held in violation.

I have been "jailed" three times on Silicon Investor,
each time my suspension being a miscarriage of justice,
I submitted via the advised e-mail route my plea that
for sure I felt would reverse this error by Si Admin,
but each time was either ignored or sent a form letter
type reply saying something like "... just serve your time."

Yes, the "... just serve your time." included the message
not explicity stated, but implied, that Si's Admin was both
all powerful and all knowing and when making an error,
that that error was to be accepted 99.5% of the time as
"Too bad, I'm doing the best I can do with limited time
and resources and dealing with people in a manner
that each day I learn more about social behavior such that
in about one hundred years doing this i will bump up my
success rate of being correct from the now 50% to 75%."

Gosh, I believe BobZ was Admin during atleast one of
my being punished for what another person did, and the
only reason I caught the blame was that I stepped into
the "crime area" to catch the "criminal" and alert others
that activity breaking the Si TOU "laws" were in progree,
and and... Si Admin attention was obtained by me,
but but... the "criminal person" left the scene of the crime
and all the Admin saw was me standing there with damaged
goods the other person did to, and as I'm holding these
damaged(ing) posts, he put the cuffs onto me and ignored
my kick'n and scream'n that he got the wrong person.

Do we retreat and hide from life after being burned,
or do we again draw again closer to the warm stove
with our cold heart exposed seeking heat, but again
obtain another possible touch that will burn in pain?

Will Bux cry in pain, and shout for all to hear his story?

Does Bux think its better to never iHub, or iHub again?

Does Bux realize his suggestion to others having not
yet iHub'ed, is to never iHub if Bux doesn't iHub?

If Bux can not obtain satisfaction, why does Bux tell others
that they will also not obtain pleasure, but only his pain?

My past Si suspensions were done in anger, but i did them,
and in silence during and after, as i realized that no matter
the wrong done onto me by Si's Admin, it was time to move
and leave behind the pain, and not carry it forth to be used
and abused as it surely will be, and in many cases, against me.

For sure my, external to Silicon Investor, access and contacts
and influence would have cause Admin(BobZ) to become
that pee puddle Sheriff Matt has in his mind whenever
he thinks about standing next to BobZ in his mind,
not for real :o) if i was willing to exercise objects available
and under my control at Area 51, and for example i could
have had Alien Space Ship #7AGR position itself over
the farm house of BobZ and beam up his cats and dogs
and switch the heads and bodies and return them, but no,
better to let Si Admin(BobZ) win the battle, not the war :o)
