Tim: I do not know what else the US folks would like to know about Iraq. We know that there is no WMD (the international/UN inspectors told us that and we did not believe them). The US has also not provided us with any leads in that direction. The US has not produced any specific evidence of the link between Osama and Saddam. Some say the Bush folks have it and they would release it before the 2004 Presidential elections so as to position Bush favorably. That I do not believe and if the Bush Administration were to do so then I do not know how the American people would view that, since the American people are very mature. You talk about Bush bashing. In a democracy such as ours, it is a given that our elected leaders get accolades for a job well done and if they fail to deliver they get criticized. So Bush bashing is no crime as is Clinton bashing. On the jobs front, the balance sheets of companies are looking very good. But job losses are on the rise. We would wonder why. And let me give you a hint. GE corporate has laid off about 110 of their corporate lawyers in the US. They have instead hired 110 corporate lawyers based in India. They pay those Indian lawyers about $90,000 annually. An amount which is very large by Indian standards but peanuts here in the US. Doing so save GE tons of money and makes their balance sheet look good. But who looses. You guessed right. Those US workers, the 110 lawyers in this case. Please investigate if you may. This is not Bush bashing, this is not propaganda. This is cold hard facts.
