Knowing that lack of support for any conflict can have an effect, who's responsible for it by entering into the invasion of Iraq under dubious auspices? The neocons have no room to complain about a lack of support since they started an insupportable action. I support the troops but the actions that put our troops in the current environment do not merit support.

As you say, so what? Well it's a true statement. It does not suggest anyone is unpatriotic. But clearly idiots who claim it's the same as suggesting criticism is unpatriotic are showing they are idiots. Or is that howling itself is a good indicator of those who are infact traitors. Idiot's at best and traitors at worse. And as to why we are in Iraq, it simply the most cost and security effective way to destroy terrorists. The psychological impact of creating Western Civilization in the heart of the Arab world undermines every religious doctrine of the terrorists. They have to fight it. It took America to create the current stable critical mass of progress to democracy in Iraq. In these few month's tens of thousands of Iraqis have been vetted and the good guys have been identified. Now it's time to start expanding international presence and contributions. Another brilliant master plan from the Genius of Leadership, PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH.
