Where does prematurity enter the picture ? It's not just the ability to produce the heads and ship the drives without interruption, but the ability to manage the transition to the next aerial density also, and the next after that. Everyone knows these transitions are difficult, but that is going to be the true test. I also have to ask about barriers to entry. Hitachi and Toshiba now dominate the 2.5 in. HDD market. If the 3.5 in. market is suddenly profitable, what is to keep Japan from coveting their piece of it? Sam
