You "don't care about textbook definition of inflation"? Well, define it yourself, then. What exactly is "inflation", in your opinion, and how do you calculate this "inflation"?

That is, in what kind of an inflation are price increases irrelevant and all that matters is wage increases? Or, if you prefer, I would be interested to hear in what "inflation" this comment of yours holds true:

Rising prices without rising wages is not inflationary
