Well Bob, You do seem to have me confounded as to how to make my point. Generally, to have a customer service kind of discussion, both parties need to have an understanding of the phrase. But then again you already have our money, so why bother? Right? After all, I saw the advertisement that said... "Come, join SI and provide the administrative staff endless opportunities for amusement!" Yup, had me pounding down the door with excitement for that one. I'm only glad that I'm not as involved with this message board as I once was, else I would care a great deal more about the cavalier name-changing attitude. Lazarus, a little miffed at the callous response...
