I saw that report, Lizzie. I also saw on the 'Net reports about two or three months ago listing many functions in which outsourcing was already occurring. There was hardly a function excluded. If I can find it again, will post. Architects, physicists, graphics designers ... The professional occupations were stunning, in a bad way. lb

In a global economy, work will get moved. The real issue is what is our place in this world? Right now, I think the answer is that we don't have a clue. From a political standpoint, Bush has not provided any economic leadership whatsoever. But this is a larger issue than politics alone. We are going through changes that we don't understand, and real people who had real lives in America are losing their hope for the future as they lose their livelihoods.
