I'm with you on HHS... but that's still peanuts, mere crumbs compared to what's needed.

You need to look to where the Big Bucks are wasted: Defense contracting, Interior, Energy... then the rest: HUD, Education, etc.

After that ('cause that will only be a down-payment on what's needed): total reform of the tax codes... lowered rates, and ELIMINATION of LOOPHOLES.
