If they are addressing this matter I will buy a copy, globalization interests me.

I didn't mean the US *is* an investor class, as in today. I was thinking it was a possibility for the future.

You can't just "manage" and not build anything and expect to have a prosperous economy, I don't think so anyway.

The downstream effects are indeed a problem with any weakening of the job market, not just offshoring.
