In the debate between Gore and Bush in the campaign, Bush said he was in favor of peace keeping but not nation building. Of course, he is now engaged in the mother of all nation building projects in Iraq as well as Afghanistan.

I'm not against it, in fact, I'm one of the leftie loons that's been slammed here for promoting it a long time ago. I was slammed suggesting the importance of it by the right, that was when the president said he wasn't going to get involved in nation building. Junior's comment just shows how little he knew what he was talking about. That's all.
