Not only is it not working but the Israelis are less secure as a result. They are less secure now than they were in 1993, for sure. You still have not explained how anybody is supposed to negotiate without stopping Hamas - do you seriously think that Israelis handing over concessions with Hamas setting off bombs will make anybody more secure? Hamas doesn't want concessions, they want Israel gone. There is no possible compromise between Hamas and Israel. Your assertion that the bulk of Palestians want "peace" is not borne out by polls, I'm afraid, and is another article of faith.
