Bush is the most irresponsible president that has held office. He only cares about taking care of his rich friends and feels the US treasury is his own private piggy bank.

I used to live in Nassau county in NY. It was controlled for 2 generations by repugs. It was one of the wealthiest counties in America and they ran its finances into the ground. Since that experience I laugh at those who suggest that repugs can control spending or keep tax rates low.
