"Degradation of services" fever....catch it!<G>

Exactly right on hedonic adjustments, they never take it into account, and its LARGE and in CHARGE! Nesbitt shoulda put it in "Megatrends", 'cause it surely is one.

ATM's, "one price" auto sales, anything in medicine, pretty much everything in the casino business (try meeting a host for comps at any LV Strip Hotel these days....its a friggin' joke). E-Mail customer service, instead of dealing with someone on the phone promptly and efficiently who can fix your problem. ANY building contracting service on a residence (if you find a good tradesman at a reasonable price, treat 'em like solid gold...they're an endangered species). As we know, most aspects of medical practice services have degraded (in most cases for reasons out of control of the physicians, but same end result). Have I missed any?
