The question of whether to grant conscientious objector status to our masseur is not about whether freedom of association is more important than non-discrimination. That's a separate matter. The question is whether the masseur's moral principal, no touching if there's risk of sexual arousal, has sufficient weight that we should grant him an exception to upholding any law that might already exist forbidding discrimination.

I have already supported his freedom of association, btw, in case you didn't notice, and would decline to regulate him as regards to discrimination.
