Tim, please read my posts carefully. Notice that I said if similarly situated White people were served. Obviously that's not proof of discrimination. Could be all the black people wanted reduced rates and he didn't offer them. Could be that all the black people were offered appointments but could only come on weekends and he didn't work on weekends. Could be a lot of legitimate reasons. Why are you so apparently unwilling to read my posts and believe what they say? Do you want a discussion, or just a fight? If the former, fine. If the latter, I'm not interested.
