Why are you so touchy? I did read your post. I figured the "similarly situated white people where served" was a given so I didn't bother mentioning it. If no non-black people are served then its pretty hard for a black person to show discrimination... Obviously that's not proof of discrimination. So are you saying 1 - That they don't have a case on a practical grounds or 2 - That they shouldn't be considered to have a case because there should be more solid evidence before someone pays a penalty for discrimination or both, or something else.
