Another reason to keep Rummy around and continue to combine the services into a fighting unit... and stop fighting among themselves. ps but then again we have congress who will not let any of these projects in their districts die.

My buddy in Florida sent me a tape of the Ken Burns WTC documentary that recently aired on PBS. It seems that I was in the documentary looking up and pointing at the impact site of the first plane just as the second plane was about to hit. It gave me the chills to see myself in that situation again. In watching the 9/11 stuff this year I noted Mayor Koch, Mayor Giuliani and Police Commish Kerrick(now of Baghdad) praising Bush to the hilt and voicing support for his reelection bid. Koch said this although he buys much of the dem line on domestic affairs. I never say never but I decided that I am also firmly in the bush camp. Think 9/11 anniversary will give bush a pop in the polls. I hope Hilary does run. It will be nice to win a landslide election against a clinton. Mike@notfeckless.com
