Sorry, I certainly do not mean you do not pay your taxes. But when we run a deficit on the order of $500 billion, I wonder whether cutting taxes means anything in terms of expenditure. Instead of cutting spending, Bush just borrows more money. At some point, you have sky high taxes and no services because the whole budget is consumed by interest on past debt.
