I had another thought on Israel's announcement that Arafat could be a target - perhaps debka isn't just blowing smoke when they say Arafat is planning mega-terror, perhaps this is really what Israeli intelligence is reporting (& not the opinion of one intelligence officer, but the consensus). The Israeli announcement could have been a way of saying to Arafat that the next major terror attack that comes off is going to have your return address on it, bub.
