Raymond,re:"THE SCHEME..financial armagaddon". I'm no expert on the TAX and neither a detail person. If my memroy is correct, "THE SCHEME" works like this, in 2008, anyone who takes 'CAPITAL GAIN' will not have to send uncle sam a dime. "WHICH BILL", I'm cynical that many bills are poisoned by some 'secret force/agent' to disintegrate America, piece by piece. They are also building 'tools' to do that, like 'Liberty Bushwhacked bill'. These things take time to implement and you can see it unfolding on Capital Hill. It's scary and these agents are smart and powerful. Once they get all the 'tools' in place, there is no stopping the disintegrate process. Well, that's part of the nature's cycle. Bush is just happy to be 'chosen' to do the tasks, and be proud of being "at the right place at the right time".
