Since Israel brought Arafat back in 1994, The world is full of people who think like John, and you and I just can't understand their reasoning. A real impasse. When you look at Arafat's history and continuing violence, you don't know how people can continue to make excuses for him, and expect the Israelis to put up with him. God, the suffering Israel has gone through because they had to kow-tow to their left! If Israel wasn't full of Liberals, they would have gotten rid of Arafat long ago.
