I've been highly disappointed by the lack of an articulated opposition to Bush's folly. One who did stand up against the Republican agenda was a former Senator from Georgia ( his name escapes me and I am too lazy to look it up because I need to prepare for a trip). In spite of the loss of his legs while in Vietnam, he was branded unpatriotic and a traitor due to his lack of support for Bush. It's scary that there are citizens who are too braindead to see through that illusion. I can only hope that the Dems develop some spine and the citizens increase their IQ's. PAt
