I only conceded that he would have no fool proof "check" and that if a problem occured during a session as a result of said lack of check-ability, he could then end the session. Yes, and that solves the problem, doesn't it? Why are you still fussing at me? You have not demonstrated that he has broken the law... Look, if he isn't breaking the law, then there's no reason to call upon freedom of conscience, is there? It's moot, irrelevant, and utterly not an issue. The only time to wave freedom of conscience is if what you want to do is against the law. I give up. For some reason you're really holed up on this one. Feel free to ignore whatever doesn't meet your expectations and to misinterpret me however you see fit.
