Gold Bugs answer this!@!

The Commercials always have a plan to make money on the Comex. When has there ever been a united front to take delivery to run these guys out if it is that simple? Jim Puplava and the rest are always telling how simple it is. They have big bucks- why don't they do something to break the Commercials back?

Bet no one has an answer as to why they don't have a simple united front to make these guys cover and cause the Comex to default on delivery. Its beginning to seem like so much prattle for a good news story.

James

Problem is, with all the paper profits the gold longs have, some part of their group is bound to bolt at some point and take profits. That will start the train rolling downhill. This will especially be the case if the stock market starts leaking badly, and gold profits are used to balance against stock losses.

I am in the camp that says gold will continue moving directionally where the stock market goes (and inverse to bonds) over the next few months. If you are a gold bull, hope that stocks stay levitated and the bond market sinks.

The commercials may very well cover at what are still elevated prices (above $350), but I seriously doubt they will knowingly place themselves in a position to be squeezed.
