What are you talking about? The 9th district shutting down a recall of one of their own is an example of the court taking over an election. There is no proof that anyone will be "disenfranchised" by using machinery that has been used for the last 40 years. For them to take the position that minorities are too stupid to use the machines is racist and condescending. Not to mention the machines are spread throughout areas that have no bias to one side or another.
