You're talking about the Nantucket wind farm I know.
It's a GOP dirty trick to try and magnify a little local issue which Kerry has little or nothing to do with. That's for the locals property owners to decide.

Victor, Kerry's ultimate decision will be driven by the realities of his political fortune. If he gets the nomination, which has become increasingly problematic, he will announce his support for the wind farm. If he does not get the nomination, he will either remain silent or come out against it.
