And, what's this about 'how many innocent people are killed from 15,000 feet up'? Do you think use of airpower is inherently immoral? (So, was the recent Iraq war - an even more intense air campaign - 'immoral' because of that?) Do you think 'real mean' should slug it out 'hand-to-hand' on the ground?
