How many innocent people are killed in ANY war? How many MORE people would have been killed in the genocide and ethnic cleansing campaigns if the war had never come about?

And, what's this about 'how many innocent people are killed from 15,000 feet up'? Do you think use of airpower is inherently immoral? (So, was the recent Iraq war - an even more intense air campaign - 'immoral' because of that?) Do you think 'real mean' should slug it out 'hand-to-hand' on the ground? Only kill when it's face-to-face?
