Kevin, I think you tip your hand when you answered my question with a question. If Bush has blood on his hands, so does Clark. If Clark doesn't, then Clark is not the leader that some are claiming he is.

There were certainly more Chinese killed in Serbia, than in Iraq. :o) As I recall several convoys of Albanian refugees were straffed by NATO forces - by mistake. Kosovo was actually a good demonstration of preemption. The United States attacked before actual the genocide actually began..
