"The USSC should have stayed out of Florida," The USSC HAD to step in to prevent a single state with corrupt political ideologues from STEALING a Presidential election. Why can't you lefties see that? I personally think you can see it, but that does not fit in with your political agenda so you ignore it. "You seem suspicious of a delay just because its the 9th circuit" You are partly right in that I am suspicious of almost any decision they make. Political radicals appointed to the bench from your party. But in this case I am suspicious when they overturn the CASC and the State Constitution regarding a State election with NO EVIDENCE anyone will be hurt and WITHOUT knowing the outcome of the election. They are ruling on something before they know what will happen and without knowing how well the replacement equipment will work. If there is a similar "error" rate with new equipment, or all old equipment is not replace before next March, will they COMPLETLEY TAKE OUR DEMOCRATIC RIGHT TO VOTE away? These guys are scary, and if we get many more, America will go down the tubes.
