Fortunately for now SCOTUS has not been an activist, dictator-like court. Thats what courts are suppossed to do, very little interpretation and a lot of checking legislative histories and checking literal meanings. Anything besides that is dangerous to the Nth degree. Don't people see how dangerous that is?

the 9th District is a rogue group of activist political idealogues that set policy instead of interpretting the Constitution. That is why they say that Americans have no right to bear arms, and that the Pledge of Allegiance is un-Constitutional That may be, but you can't make two wrongs and get a "right". If the court is a "rogue", they must be impeached. This should be a lesson to any ideologs on both right or left who believes that, NOT TO ALLOW the appointment of ideological judges. Once they're in, according to the Constitution you have to live with it or impeach them. As far as the 9th district attempting to overturn the 2nd Amendment, they don't have the power to do that. If they do? Jury nullification will become common ...
