9th district court appeals regularly doesn't uphold the 2nd amendment as an individual right even the though the word the people is clearly in the amendment and SCOTUS has issued rules saying the people is word used by founders to describe individual people. Very dangerous, if they can say the 2nd doesn't apply to the people, next they can say, speach, religion, search and seizure, putting soldiers in individuals homes isn't protected anymore either, as those are collective rights and not individual rights. Now do you see how dangerous these activist judges are?

"If the court is a "rogue", they must be impeached" I just heard this court is overturned TWO THIRDS OF THE TIME. That means either they don't know the law (which I doubt) or that they want to change it to fit their poitical views, which I do believe. The definately SHOULD be impeached. No question in my mind. "As far as the 9th district attempting to overturn the 2nd Amendment, they don't have the power to do that" You are correct. But that did not stop them from ruling on it (incorrectly) anyway.
