The conventions say nothing about turning over 'soldiers' to 3rd parties. At cessation of hostilities they go back to their own countries.

You seem very selective on your readings. In fact you seem to want to protect these men and shoot our soldiers.

Now holding onto your Fascism'R'Us theories about our soldiers and Government - how did the Bagram incident leak out? Answer - it did not leak - our Military pathologists called in the MP's and other investigative units. No reporter blew this thing open or exposed any scandal - the system did it on its own.
