What's Norquist got behind him? Ancestral wealth?

Same with Kudlow.

I cannot imagine the personalities of these types of "neocons" with the arrogance that "they'll be okay," when the nation is littered with sick and dying bodies of the middle class and needless to say, the "
lower class." The poor and the poorer.

They WANT IT. They WANT people to die. The more the better.
