when their leaders negotiate for peace in bad faith.

Can you honestly say Sharon negotiates for peace in good faith? While continuing to build settlements into Palestinian territory despite having accepted not to?

What have the palestinian people gained from the efforts of their "freedom fighters?"

They have found a way to fight back a disproportionately strong occupier. Some might say that is at least better than sitting back and waiting for your turn to get a bullet or have your house demolished over your head, all that after your future is stripped from you, with no hope for a dignified future you can build.

It is horrible. However, I find it difficult to condemn Palestinians who fight against the occupation in whatever way they find. They don't have an army. They have people willing to give away their lives.

Let's ask another question: What have Isralies gained from their state's efforts to occupy Palestinian territories? Answer: Some more land.

Well, hooray for them. They are certainly paying for it in blood.

It is interesting to see posters calling "Freedom Fighters" a group that straps bombs to its own children and sends them off targeting civilians, with only minimal military significance. Even if I were sitting in a cafe in Paris, sipping a latte, I'd wonder what kind of "freedom" those fighters were seeking.
