Bob, If you don't mind I have a few questions about SI private messages. Are private messages (pm's) by SI members ever viewed by SI personnel for any reason? Have pm's of SI members ever been subpoenaed by authorities or second parties for the purpose of investigating civil or criminal suits? Has SI ever released such information to those parties? Are SI members notified if such releases are made? What is SI policy on protecting members privacy if such a subpoena were to be received? How long are pm's maintained in the data banks of SI? Are private messages I wrote and deleted 4 years ago still retrievable or are they cleansed from the system? Forgive me for being so curious, but I was wondering just how private those private messages are.

Do these two statements fall under the TOU violation below? If so, why hasn't anything been done about it? What if I were to suggest that I'll stick a bullet up his arse sideways, would that fall under the TOU violation listed below? Hey Bob, do you think you can get our friend Albert to explain why the Israelis attacked the USS Liberty, intentionally killing hundreds of innocent American sailors? Every time I ask him him becomes very upset, lashes out insults and then cowardly runs to you for help. Do you think he has some sort of deficiency or does he feel guilt for the actions of his fellow countrymen?
