Whenever a cease fire is violated, TECHNICALLY the situation defaults back to the prior status, hostilities...

It's not my fault that the UNSC didn't have the backbone to enforce that cease fire agreement, or threaten to reinitiate hostilities..

Hell, Bin Laden declared war upon the US back in 1998... We just didn't bother to pay attention until 9/11, even though he managed to cripple the USS Cole and kill hundreds of people by blowing up two US embassies.
