Joe6P also doesn't realize that the deterioration of elementary school education means that his children will have a lower standard of living when they are old enough to be counted as part of the work force. << Here are some examples of how the lower level schools in J6Ps land is getting to be ridiculous (unionized teachers and school board): - In my town they declared a holiday last spring because they did not utilize the special vacation day they are entitled to in case of inclement weather conditions. Actually we have a few bad snow days and they did close the school those days (more days than a normal year) but that was not counted because the state/county itself declared those days as holidays. - Today they opened 90 minute delayed even though we did not have any heavy rain nor heavy wind due to Isabel. Here is an another example of what is wrong with our public school system here. My son was in 3rd grade and as per state's curriculum, the teacher has discretion to teach science and his teacher avoided teaching science all together. They don't teach proper history and geography. Our school district is among the top ones in a state which is the top one in this J6P land. Fortunately, we don't limit our kids to regular school teachings. Not sure how many of these J6P's realize what is wrong with the school system. As long as 85+ percentage of total news outlet (all print media, radio and television) is controlled by crooks and vested big corporations, J6P will not see what is true, what is fantasy and what is outside his land. To top if off we have another mother of all evil called FED controlled by crooks. I have a theory called "rapid implosion" by which people who are concerned about this country should help fuel implosion of current misery at a faster rate so that the general population will reach an extreme state and hence lead to a dramatic change in the current set up. J6Ps, like sheeple everywhere around the world, have very short memory and short term pains won't make any difference. -Nat
