Doug - with all due respect, your posts are incomprehensible to me and I imagine to others. I have your opinion and appreciate it. I've responded that I disagree with that which I comprehend in your post, at least as far as the content of my previous posts go. You have not responded to my challenge of your interpretation of my posts but rather go on in a rambling fashion. It just may be that we are speaking a different language. As far as the issue goes, all that really matters is the way si bob decides to administer TOU, whether it is arbitrary or whether it is reasoned and consistent. I don't think you add much to this discussion. I don't think further posting from you to me is necessary. Thanks, RRUFFF
