I don't think stock options are considered financing for operations rkral. I suspect there was a period in 02 when those stock options were valued at much less than now, anyway.

All these points have been made over and over and I don't think anybody has changed their mind... maybe my evaluation of options has changed in the last year on the favoritive side because I see far fewer options granted, the free market at work... other than that I don't hear anybody taking a different position wrt options now than they had a year ago. Its been enough time, so we should be hearing soon about expensing if it is going to happen.
