Your first point was that Davis Bacon wages were too high, now you argue that they're too low.

What you don't understand is that Davis Bacon wages are prevailing wages. Those prevailing wages are set by the free market. Prevailing wages are the union wages for that type of work being done in that part of the country.

Davis Bacon wages are prevailing wages.
