A month ago, "back on the ranch", apparently someone believed that all that was required was a UN resolution, and the lack of sufficient troops problem, could be solved. The three principal countries always mentioned as troop contributors were India, Pakistan and Turkey. I've already commented on the the Turk-Kurdish problem, and the fact that less than 100 hundred years ago, at the end of WWI, the Turks were expelled from Iraq.
