I believe Matt & Bob have already spoken in public posts on iHub that they are willing to take that route eventhought it may prove later to hurt the sites. - Again once again, intolerable conditions you find here on Si are contained inside activity that was forbidden under existing TOU that were inplace, but not enforced. You might then ask if a Grandfathered type condition exist now for these items, but hopefully you know that it would not "outside." - Bottom line is the possibility that anyone, no matter whom states that they are the victim and was attacked, there is a process for all here to report threats against their person or property using the laws of the land they live in, and any other such attacks that are then cried out for justice & protection via TOU using the Administrator will be dealt with after a first examination to determine if activity qualified as permitted by the TOU conditions accepted by said agreement they "signed" by a continuation of their postings. If not, then no action is required to settle disputes using the sites TOU, and anyone connected in such disputes will be suspended or terminated if they continue the disputes using the site's resources. - so simple unless one does not want this explaination doug
