You realize that you can not respond with answers or an examination of the facts that I present to you. To do so will prevent the "end" you are seeking using the false "means" you are pursuing it with. Its clear to anyone reading your posts that a conclusion was reached in responce to your initial inquire asking for a second look at the event(s) leading to your suspension from investorshub, and from that decision it was determined that your suspension was legal and valid per the TOU conditions that you agreed to accept by your posting activity. So there you were, not wanting that outcome, and what did you do is now written over and over in your posts that deny to all that what happened, happened. Sad, but it the landscape Si & iHub must accept when they accept membership from the general populace without first obtaining a background check of one's mental ability to use reason. But really, its not all that bad, not really since there are some people here like myself needing to learn the correct and proper manner to think, not using a Thinking 101 book, but really the opposite approach by learning how not to think. Surely many books are written on mental illness, but its a quirk of nature that some things cannot be learned from book reading & studing, but needs an actual experience to have happen to the person, or in that very rare case that includes a Good/Bad News item, the ability like me to enter inside the mental condition of another person, be them sane or insane or troubled or different from anything knowned about. One has to be able to enter, and while that is extremely a rare condition to exhibit, the ability to them wander another's mind is a skill very hard to master, but then the Bad News arrives in that the ability to then leave that other mind and return to your own mind is a double hoop to jump through, as 99% that actually reach that point, the first hoop into a back into your own mind from another, are unable to make a clean transition, but carry with them remnants of the other's mind content intermixed with their own having no clear attachments to know what to cut away. These people end up going insane as they struggle to move away mentally from foreign thoughts that have become their own thought. (aka) One cannot escape oneself. But they live that life as being another with themself. Me, its a piece of cake. - So here we have rruff's attempt to make undone that which he says has never been done. "... a response from the Owner and/or a clarification as to how TOU is to be enforced." D:oug
