OK, here's the response I got to the question of whether or not the IQChart "team" still monitors this board:

We visit it from time to time. Mostly we have our hands full with customer input via email



It is the shits that we are dealing with this problem right now as we were working to get out backup feed in place in the next couple of weeks.

Ya Busby tried, and I appreciate that

but his job was probably 16 hrs a day as no stability or consistantcy was created on the back end by the IQ Charts, his employer.

I really disliked that trend, John tried, but same old same old
