In an intimate setting, and when no medical necessity is involved, it may, indeed, be his right to take on the clients he wants to.

The nuances are not at all the same, though. We are talking about situations where fear of a sexually charged atmosphere is reasonable. Additionally, there is not the same racial regime that blacks had to endure, for example.
